Replace the handset or press C to terminate the connected call.

7.2 Transfer

You can transfer a call to another extension (in your exchange or private
network), to an external number, or to the operator. If you have several
parked calls, the call that was parked last will be transferred. You can to
transfer the call before or after answer.

To transfer an ongoing call to another number, do the following:

H.323 Phones

1)

Tap Inquiry and wait for a dial tone.

2)

Dial the desired extension or external number.

3)

Tap Transfer before or after answer. The parked call is transferred.

SIP Phones

1)

Tap Line and wait for a dial tone.

2)

Dial the desired extension or external number and tap Call.

3)

Replace the handset or press C before or after answer. The parked
call is transferred.

Note: If you have put more than one call on hold, the last call that was

put on hold will be transferred. If the dialed extension is busy, or
if transfer is not allowed, your phone will ring again.

7.3 Conference

You can include up to seven parties in a conference. Only the confer-
ence leader, that is the person initiating the conference, can admit partic-
ipants.

Note: The conference tone might be disabled for your system.

If you have an ongoing conversation on Line 1 and want to establish a
phone conference, you will become the conference leader.

To establish a conference, do the following:

H.323 Phones

1)

Tap the Inquiry.

2)

Dial the number to the third party and wait for an answer.
