It is also possible to view the details by tapping on Details.
From Details it is also possible to add the contact into the Personal
Contact by tapping on Add to contacts.
Note: Depending on the type of Corporate Directory system used, the
display can look different and how to enter the seach criteria can
also differ.
11 Presence Information
The presence information feature allows you to specify an absence
reason, including Lunch, Busy in office, Busy out of office, Vacation,
Sick, Meetings, and Off duty. Callers will then be informed of your where-
abouts. The absence reason is displayed to the exchange operator. For
some of the absence reasons, you are prompted to specify the return
time.
Note: As a reminder, you will hear a special dial tone when you lift the
handset when you have enabled absence. A text message is also
visible in the display.
You can make calls as usual although you have enabled absence.
11.1 Selecting an Absence Reason
To activate the absence feature from your phone, do the following:
