Saving/Restoring
Printer Settings In the event that a cold reset is performed on your TROY printer due to servicing and/or firmware updates, all
TROY-managed variable values will be lost, and therefore, will require re-entry by the user. TROY Security
Printing Solutions provide the ability to save and restore all TROY-managed variable values.
T O SAVE TROY- MANAGED VARIABLE VALUES :
1. Press the menu button.
2. Press the down arrow ▼to select
TROY MENUS , and then press the OK button.
3. Press the down arrow ▼to select SETTINGS MENU , and then press the OK button.
4. Press the down arrow to select TROY MANAGED VARIABLES , and then press the OK button.
5. Press the down arrow ▼to select SAVE CURRENT VALUES , and then press the OK button. The printer will display
PROCESSING REQUEST and then automatically exit the menu system.
T O RESTORE TROY- MANAGED VARIABLE VALUES :
1. Press the menu button.
2. Press the down arrow ▼to select
TROY MENUS , and then press the OK button.
3. Press the down arrow ▼to select SETTINGS MENU , and then press the OK button.
4. Press the down arrow ▼to select TROY MANAGED VARIABLES , and then press the OK button.
5. Ensure RECALL SAVED VALUES is highlighted, and then press the OK button. The printer will display PROCESSING
REQUEST and then automatically exit the menu system.
