Drug Application

Click icon "Drug Application".

If your experimental outline includes the application of a drug, you can apply the compound in
this phase of the experiment. If an automated application system is used, the drug application
starts automatically. If the drug is applied manually, the program stops at the beginning of the
drug phase and prompts the user to apply the drug.

In "Drug Recording" dialog you have the same "Recording" functions as in Baseline and LTP /
LTD: You set "Recording Time", the "Sound Alarm", and the "Remaining Time" is counted
down during running experiment. You can extent the drug recording time by "Extent. Rec.
Time
" or you can jump to the "Next Phase".

Additionally, there are the options "Compound" and "Concentration" to note the name and
concentration of the drug. The "Unit" of the drug must be chosen from the drop down menu.
This information will show up in the lab book.

All settings are confirmed with the command "Apply".
