2.3. FRONT PANEL KEY FUNCTIONS

The function of the front panel keys varies depending on the mode in which the
instrument is operated. This Subsection defines the operation of each front panel key
when in the weighing mode.

ZERO KEY

When in the Gross mode, this key sets the

Gross Weight

to Zero.

─ If motion exists, the

ZERO

command will not be executed.

─ If the weight on the platform exceeds the zero limit, and the

ZERO key

is

pressed, the Zero command will not be executed.

PRINT KEY

Used to transmit weight data to an external device.

GROSS/NET KEY

Toggles between the Gross and Net Weight modes.

─ It is also used to exit programming.
