When the form appears, it is blank. To edit a picking order, please refer to
the instructions that follow.
1. Click the drop-down arrow in the Site field and select a site from the
menu that appears.
2. Click the drop-down arrow in the Select type of orders to retrieve
field and select the type of orders to be reviewed from the menu that
appears:
Open: Orders that have not been picked yet.
Closed: Orders that have been picked.
All: All orders in the system, both open and closed. (We do not recom-
mend choosing to view All orders, because it could be a long list.)
3. Click the drop-down arrow in the Order # field and select the order
number from the list that appears.
4. To increase the item ordered quantity, click in the Ordered field of the
selected item and enter the new quantity ordered.
5. To add an item to the order: click inside the Item # field on the bottom
row and click the Item # field drop-down list to select the new item to
be add. Next, press the <Tab> key to advance to the Ordered field.
Enter the item quantity in the Ordered field.
6. To add kits to the order: enter the quantity of a particular kit that is
included in the order. To select a specific kit, click the drop-down arrow
in the Select Kit field and select the kit from the list that appears.
7. To change the New Pick quantity: click in the New Pick field of an
item and enter the new picked quantity. (If UOM is enabled, the quan-
tity should be the number of the selected UOM units.) Next, press the
