Transfers

Move item from one site or location to another
site or location. Performed from the portable
data collection terminal or workstation.

Multiple Units of Mea-
sure

Allows you to define units to track the quantity
of an item in inventory.

Paperless Picking and
Receiving

Receive new orders into inventory or pick
existing orders electronically without the use
of a printed document.

Physical Inventory

Count all inventory items by location, with the
use of a portable data collection terminal.

Bar Code Printing

Print bar code labels from the workstation
application.

Serial Number

Associate a unique serial number with an item
and track item inventory by item serial number

Source Code

Available for the workstation application when
purchased through a certified reseller

SQL Server Capable

Data storage in MSDE or an optional SQL
Server* database.
*SQL Server must be purchased separately.

Cycle Counting

Regularly scheduled inventory count that
cycles through your inventory. You are able to
specify the frequency of item counting by
entering a cycle period for the item. Cycle
counting can be completed through the Batch
Cycle Count Report.

Kitting

A “kit” represents a preset group of items, of
varying quantities. When the kitting process is
used in the IntelliTrack ISRP workstation appli-
cation, predetermined items that are part of a
kit, are picked from inventory when the kit item
number is selected as part of a pick order.
