10. Click OK to close the databackup Properties window. Your
databackup folder now has the necessary permissions to create a
backup database when you run the backup.bat batch utility.
Front-End File Backup
The IntelliTrack ISRP front-end data files are stored in the IntelliTrack
ISRP root folder (\Program Files\Intelli-
Track\ISRP\ISRP.ACCDB). Backup of the ISRP front-end is nor-
mally not needed since only temporary data is stored there. However, to
backup the front-end, copy the ISRP.ACCDB file to another directory.
Compacting the Workstation
Running the Compact ISRP Workstation Utility reconditions the Intelli-
Track ISRP database, thus improving system performance. By default, this
utility is run each time you close the application. If you want to run the
utility manually, select from the ISRP Program Group menu: Start > All
Programs > IntelliTrack > ISRP > Compact Workstation. The ISRP
workstation application must be closed on the PC in order to run this util-
ity.
