2. Next, select the desired Inventory Report from the list of available
Inventory reports displayed in the Report Type section of the form.
The report’s selection criteria are enabled in the Selection Criteria sec-
tion of the form.
Note: The selection criteria fields for inventory reports become enabled
depending on the Inventory report selected.
In the Selection Criteria section of the Select Reports form shown
above, the selection criteria enabled for the History by Date report
includes Site and Transaction Date. Hence, you are able to limit the
data pulled for the report by a specified site and a specified date range.
3. Select the desired report criteria from the criteria selections available
(the selections available will vary, depending on the report selected).
• If multiple sites are enabled in the System Options form/Features
tab, click the drop-down arrow in the Site field and select the Site
from the list that appears.
• In the Item # field, click the drop-down arrow in the From field and
select the beginning item number from the list that appears. Next,
click the drop-down arrow in the To field and select the ending item
number from the list that appears to set an item number range for the
report.
To select one item for the report, enter the same item number in the
Item # From and To fields.
To include all item numbers in the report, leave the Item # From
and To fields blank.
