This command will move the current displayed image to the previous
Index
listed in
the
Undo/Redo sidebar
(If it is not in the "
Open
" status).
Backward Demo
1. Choose
Open Image•••
to open an image;
2. Choose
Image>Adjust>Auto Level
command;
3. Choose
Image>Adjust>Invert
command The final image is shown in
Index
3.
Since it is in the final step (Fig.3), the
Edit>Backward
will be enabled;
4. Choosing
Edit>Backward
, the image and the
Index
will return to
Index
2 as shown
in Fig 2. Since it is in
Index
2,
Edit>Forward
will be enabled;
5. Choosing
Edit>Backward
again, both the image and the
Index
will return to
Index
1 as shown in Fig.1. Since it is in the 3rd step,
Edit>Forward
will still be enabled, but
Edit>Backward
will now be disabled.
