p1 Port on the recorder side (0 to 65535)
p2 IP address on the PC side

p3 Port on the PC side (0 to 65535)

Description This command cannot be used to disconnect
a server port. Also, it cannot disconnect the
recorder being operated. Use the quit command
for this purpose.
