The internal liner can be removed easily for washing or replacement.
CENTRAL LINER: UPPER PADDING (see figure 1)
The upper padding is attached to the helmet by means of four press studs F.
Removing: release the press studs F and remove the padding.
Important: to avoid damaging the liner, before removing the padding, make sure you have
undone all the press studs.
Inserting: position the padding inside the helmet, making sure the direction is correct. Fasten
the press studs. After fastening, make sure the padding adheres correctly to the inside of the
helmet (polystyrene shell).
SIDE LINERS: CHEEK PADS (see figure 2)
The cheek pads are attached to the helmet by means of Velcro.
Removing: to remove, just pull towards the inside of the helmet.
Inserting: position the cheek pad in correspondence to the Velcro on the inside of the helmet.
Make sure it is positioned correctly. Check that it is:
aligned with the helmet liner at the bottom and at the sides of the visor opening;
the correct position of the chinstrap which must pass above the bottom edge of the
cheek pad.
After positioning, press evenly on the cheek pad to ensure effective grip.

REMBOURRAGE CENTRAL INTERIEUR (cf. figure 1)
Le rembourrage central intérieur est assujetti au casque par le biais de 4 boutons automatiques F.
Retrait: défaire les boutons automatiques F et ôter le rembourrage central intérieur.
Attention: pour éviter tout endommagement du revêtement intérieur, s’assurer d’avoir bien
défait tous les boutons automatiques avant d’extraire le rembourrage central intérieur.
Introduction: positionner le rembourrage central à l’intérieur du casque en contrôlant le sens
de montage. Fermer les boutons automatiques. Après l’avoir fixé, vérifier la parfaite adhérence
du rembourrage central à l’intérieur du casque (rembourrage en polystyrène).
REMBOURRAGE LATERAL INTERIEUR: JOUES (cf. figure 2)
Les joues sont fixées au casque à l’aide d’une bande de type Velcro.
Retrait: pour les enlever, il suffit de les tirer vers l’intérieur du casque.
Introduction: placer la joue au niveau de la bande Velcro qui se trouve sur le revêtement intérieur
du casque. Contrôler sa position en vérifiant :
l’alignement sur le revêtement intérieur du casque dans la partie inférieure et sur les
côtés servant d’ouverture à l’écran;
la bonne position de la jugulaire qui doit passer au-dessus de l’extrémité inférieure de la joue.
Une fois en place, exercer une pression uniforme sur la joue pour en assurer le bon maintien.
