Storing numbers for easy dialing
You can set up your machine to do three types of easy dialing:
One-Touch, Speed-Dial and Groups for Broadcasting faxes.
Storing One-Touch Dial numbers
Your machine has 4 (MFC-3320CN) or
2(FAX-1920CN) One-Touch keys where you can
store 8 (MFC-3320CN) or 4 (FAX-1920CN) fax or
phone numbers for automatic dialing. To access
numbers 5 to 8 (MFC-3320CN) or 3 to 4
(FAX-1920CN), hold down
Shift as you press the
One-Touch key. When you press a One-Touch key
the LCD shows the name, if you stored it, or the
number.
One-Touch keys are the 4 (MFC-3320CN) or 2
(FAX-1920CN) keys (numbers 05–08
(MFC-3320CN) or 03–04 (FAX-1920CN)) located on
the left side of the control panel.

Press Menu/Set , 2 , 3 , 1 .

Press the One-Touch key where
you want to store a number.

Press or to select Type:Fax/Tel (or E-Address ).
Press Menu/Set .
Quick-Dial numbers and
dialing options
If you lose electrical power, the quick-dial numbers that are in
the memory will not be lost.
(For USA only) The Brother fax back system number has been
preprogrammed on One-Touch key
