Destination Defaults The Destination Defaults page allows you to specify default values for
destination specific parameters, like used profiles and file server login
information.
Click Destination Defaults >> to change the default values:
In order to complete the task you must enter the correct information
in the text fields:
• Defaults for E-mail and File Destinations
Select the default Scanning Profile to use. You can specify
another profile from the control panel at the moment of scanning.
Select the amount of image information to be included in the
image description by selecting one of the options from the
Include Image Information dropdown list.
• Defaults for E-mail Destinations
Select the default transfer type for e-mail based destinations. The
scanned image can either be attached to the e-mail, or stored on
an FTP server in which case the URL to the location is sent in the
e-mail.
• Defaults for file Destinations
Enter the name or IP address of the FTP server in the FTP Server
field.
