The 16771 includes:

A.3.5 16772—Tripod Guy-wire Kit
The 16772 is used to increase the tripod’s stability (see Section 5.4.3, Guy-
Wire Kit Installation). It is intended for permanent installations, installations
subject to consistently high wind speeds, or 16776 tripods using two mast
extensions.
The 16772 includes:
• Plastic-coated, steel guy-wire cable
• Bracket for securing guy-wires to the 16776 mast
• (3) S-hooks
• (3) turnbuckles
• (6) clamps
