✤ Aperture function works in M and A modes.
✤ By controlling the aperture, the user may adjust the overall image
brightness.
✤ Large apertures require more lighting and soften the background
details.
✤ Smaller apertures will increase the depth of field, bringing the main
subject and the background into focus.
1. Set the Power switch to (CAMERA).
2. Set the Mode Dial to M or A.
3. Press the Quick menu selector.
4. Move the Joystick up or down to select Aperture
Setting (f-number).
■ The current Aperture Setting (f-number) will be
selected in Green.
5. Move the Joystick to the left or right to set the
desired aperture value.
■ The available Aperture Range: F2.8 ~ F11.0
6. When you are satisfied, press the Quick menu
selector.
■ The selected aperture setting is displayed
on the LCD screen and exits the setup screen.

■ A (Aperture) and M (Manual) modes allow the user
to make aperture adjustments.
■ Maximum and minimum values of the aperture range
depend on the zoom position.
■ The possible setting range for the aperture varies
with zooming.

✤ La función Aperture (Apertura) está operativa en las modalidades
M y A.
✤ Al controlar la apertura, el usuario ajusta el brillo general de la
imagen.
✤ Las aperturas amplias requieren más luz y suavizan los detalles del
fondo.
✤ Las aperturas más pequeñas incrementarán la profundidad de
campo, enfocando el sujeto principal y el fondo.
1. Coloque el interruptor Power en (CÁMARA).
2. Coloque el Dial de modalidad en S o M.
3. Pulse el Selector de menú rápido.
4. Pulse el Joystick arriba o abajo para seleccionar el
ajuste de apertura (número f).
■ El ajuste de apertura actual (número f) se
selecciona en verde.
5. Mueva el Joystick a la izquierda o a la derecha
para ajustar el valor de apertura que desea.
■ El rango de apertura disponible es: F2.8 ~ F11.0
6. Cuando esté satisfecho, pulse el Selector de
menú rápido.
■ El ajuste de apertura seleccionado aparece en
la pantalla LCD y sale de la pantalla de
configuración.

■ Las modalidades A (Apertura) y M (Manual)
permiten al usuario realizar ajustes de apertura.
■ Los valores máximos y mínimos del rango de
apertura dependen de la posición del zoom.
■ El rango de ajuste posible de la apertura varía con
el zoom.
