Preparation
✤ The battery level display indicates the amount of power
remaining in the Battery pack.

■ Please refer to the Table on page 24 for approximate
continuous recording time.
■ The recording time is affected by temperature and
environmental conditions.
■ The recording time shortens dramatically in a cold
environment. The continuous recording times in the
operating instructions are measured using a fully
charged Battery pack at 77 °F (25 °C). As the
environmental temperature and conditions vary.
The remaining battery time may differ from the
approximate continuous recording times given in the
instructions.
■ Turning OSD on/off
Press the DISPLAY button on the left side control panel.

Each press of the button toggles the OSD function on and off.
- When you turn the OSD off,
In REC Mode: The STBY, REC modes are always displayed on the
OSD, even when the OSD is turned off and the key input is
displayed for 3 seconds then turned off.
In PLAY Mode: When you press any function button, the function is
displayed on the OSD for 3 seconds before it turns off.
■ Turning the Date/Time on/off
To turn the Date/Time on or off, access the menu and change the
Date/Time mode. (see page 35)

El indicador de la carga de la batería muestra la cantidad

■ Consulte la tabla de la página 24 para obtener información
sobre el tiempo aproximado de grabación continua.
■ El tiempo de grabación se ve afectado por las
condiciones ambientales y la temperatura.
■ El tiempo de grabación se acorta enormemente en un
ambiente frío.
Los tiempos de grabación continua que se dan en este
manual de instrucciones están medidos empleando una
batería completamente cargada a 25° C (77° F).
Conforme la temperatura y las condiciones ambientales
varíen, así variarán los tiempos de grabación .
El tiempo de la batería restante puede diferir de los tiempos de grabación
continuos facilitados en las instrucciones.
■ Encendido y apagado de la OSD (presentación en pantalla)
Pulse el botón DISPLAY en el panel de control izquierdo.

Al pulsar repetidas veces el botón, la función OSD cambiará
alternativamente entre activada y desactivada (ON/OFF).
- Al desactivar la OSD.
En la modalidad REC: las modalidades STBY, REC siempre aparecen
en la OSD, incluso si ésta se encuentra apagada y el nombre de la
modalidad aparece durante tres segundos. Luego se apaga.
En la modalidad PLAY: si se pulsa algún botón de función, la función
aparece en la OSD durante tres segundos y después desaparece.
■ Activación y desactivación de la fecha y la hora
Para activar o desactivar la presentación de fecha y hora, acceda al
menú y cambie la modalidad de fecha y hora. (Consulte la página 35)
