About condensation

If there is a rapid change in temperature,

condensation (water droplets) may form in this

device, causing it to malfunction. If this occurs,

leave this device off for two to three hours. This

device should resume normal operation.

Precautions when disposing of

the battery

For ecological protection, remove the internal

battery (rechargeable battery) from this device.

CAUTION

Do not remove the screws unless disposing of

the battery for this device.

NOTES

Make sure that the internal rechargeable battery

is completely dead before removing it.

Be very careful when you touch the metal parts

inside this device (such as mounting plates).

RECYCLING LITHIUM-ION BATTERIES

Lithium-Ion batteries are recyclable.

You can help preserve our

environment by returning

your used rechargeable

batteries to the collection and

recycling location nearest you.

Avoid giving an impact to this device. It may

cause a malfunction.

Avoid exerting pressure on the front side of this

device where the speakers are mounted.

About install location

Do not install this device in the following

locations:

In direct sunlight or near heat sources, where

the air temperature is too high. (Operate this

device at temperatures between 5°C and 35°C

(between 41°F and 95°F.)

On a dashboard of a car, and inside a car in

direct sunlight with closed windows (especially,

during the summer months).

Near a magnet, speakers, TV, etc. where

magnetic fields are produced.

Near a microwave oven.

In a dusty location.

On an insecure or uneven surface.

In a location that is subject to vibration.

In a location that is subject to moisture, such as

a bathroom.

Near obstacles that shield or block electrical

wave, such as metal or concrete walls.

In a location with poor ventilation.

Near a cordless phone (base and handset).
