Listening to the audio device (Auxiliary Function)

Problem

Causes/measures

The audio is too loud or
distorted when using the
Auxiliary Function.

 The output level of the audio device connected to the AUX jack of this

device may be too high. Press SETTINGS to adjust the [Options] -
[AUX Sensitivity] option (page 49).

Listening to the music files stored on the internal memory (Internal
Memory Function)

Problem

Causes/measures

You cannot play music files in
the normal order.

 Repeat mode or shuffle mode is selected. Press SETTINGS to set the

[Play Mode] option to [Normal] (page 39).

 If there are no music files other than sample music, this device enters

the demonstration mode when switching to the Internal Memory
Function and you cannot use it in the normal manner. After you
download a file to the internal memory while playing it in the PC
Streaming Function, this device no longer enters the demonstration
mode.

“There are no playable tracks”
appears.

 There may be no music files in the internal memory.

You cannot go to browse mode
(even if you press TOP or
BACK).

 If there are no music files in the internal memory, you cannot go to

browse mode.

 If the internal memory malfunctions, you cannot go to browse mode.

“Cannot download this track”
appears.

 You cannot play some tracks because of system limitations. Download

only music files of the downloadable formats (page 62).

“Not enough internal memory”
appears.

 If available memory size is insufficient, you cannot download a file.

Delete unwanted music files from the internal memory to increase the
available memory size (page 38), and then download a file.

“An error has occurred in

the internal memory”
appears.

“An error has occurred in

the internal memory.
Cannot download” appears.

 The internal memory has a malfunction. If the internal memory has a

problem, you cannot play or download music files to the internal
memory. Initialize the internal memory (page 38).

“Connection with the server
has ended. Download
cancelled” appears.

 Check if your access point is turned on.

 Check if your computer is turned on.

 Check if the Wireless Adapter is securely plugged into the USB port of

your computer.

 Check the followings to see if your computer is correctly set up:

The server has started.

The server is in [Started] status.

This device has been registered.
