Data cannot be recorded onto recorded media. However,
data can be recorded onto DVD-RW discs after formatting.
(Formatting will delete recorded data.)

You cannot record on media in your video camera by
connecting a video camera that does not support
recording from a PC. Use the DVD drive on your PC.

Prepare images.

When the Top menu production window (for details

) opens, set a DVD disc.

• Example: Connect the video camera after inserting the

DVD disc.

Click [

] button and select the recording

destination.

• A video camera that does not support recording from

PCs is not displayed as the recording destination if
connected.

Click [

] button and select [DVD-Video (High

quality)] or [DVD-Video (Standard)].

• When an SD card or DVD-RAM disc is selected as

[Save To], [DVD-Video] cannot be selected. Select a
DVD-R disc or DVD-RW disc.

5.

Confirm the free space of the recording destination.

• If the size of the recording data exceeds the free space

on the destination, the amount that cannot be stored
will be displayed in red.
In this case, click [Close] button to return to the Edit
window, and delete some images from the image
recording list.

• Even if a drive in which no DVD disc is inserted is

selected as the recording destination, the capacity is
set automatically.
