Copy between media

Click [Copy between media] button on the [Start
Menu] window that is displayed when starting HD
Writer.

When the Copy window (for details:
) opens,
set the contents.

Click [
] button to select a media as the copy source.

If there are any videos or picture folders you do not want
to copy, click them to clear the selections.
• Select images so that the total size is within the
capacity of the copy destination. Copies cannot be
distributed to multiple media.
Image data can be copied between the SD card, the DVD disc and the video camera HDD with this software.
Attention
z Set an SD card, a DVD disc, or a video camera HDD.
(Example: Insert it in the video camera and connect the video
camera to the PC.
)
However, a video camera HDD is only available as the copy
source. You cannot record to it.
z Data cannot be copied between the same kinds of media, for
instance from an SD card to an SD card or from a DVD disc to
another DVD disc.
