7.4 Calibration
Calibration of this unit should not be performed by other than Anritsu Corporation. We recommend yearly routine calibra-
tion to maintain performance.
7.5 Disposal
This equipment uses chemical compound semiconductors including arsenic and a fluoridated graphite lithium battery to
back-up the memory. Be sure to follow the rules on disposal for each country and/or local government.
