D ESTINATION window
In the D ESTINATION window you may enter a destination,
process routes or view the map.
Note: When you turn your device on it shows the screen which
was displayed when it was turned off.
4.3 Entering a destination
Basis of navigation This section describes the various possibilities of entering,
selecting and managing a destination in AVIC-S1.
The view of the map during navigation is described in chapter
"Starting navigation" On page 60.
Note: The settings that are specified in the settings window

OUTE P REFERENCES are taken into consideration when calculating
the route for the entered destination.
