Coolant Temperature

Coolant Analog Input

– Usually set to Coolant Volts. Defines what pin the EMS expects to see

the coolant temperature input on.

Coolant Fail Max

– If the air temperature exceeds this value the input will be considered in fail

mode and the EMS will set the value to Air Temp Failsafe.

Coolant Fail Min - If the coolant temperature falls below this value the input will be considered
in fail mode and the EMS will set the value to Coolant Failsafe.

Coolant Failsafe

– Default failsafe value for the coolant temperature input.

Coolant Temperature Setup Wizard

The setup wizard in AEM Tuner contains calibration settings for several different coolant
temperature sensors.

Adjust the values in this curve until the
coolant temp displayed in AEM Tuner matches
the reference temperature throughout range.
