ARCHTTP PROXY SERVER INSTALLATION
• Collect Support Data:
Areca has added the “Collect Support Data” option on the Archttp
proxy server utility to download a support file (file name:ctlrxx-
xxxxx.log) with all necessary information (system information,
configuration, disk information, eventlog). The “Collect Support
Data” function will be automatically started when ERROR or
SERIOUS event has occurred.
"Rescan Device" function is a procedure which forces the archttp to
rescan the targets to allow a missed RAID adapter to be added.
