You can also store the address information in One-Touch Dial. For example:
Store [email protected](Fax#123) in One-Touch Dial key 01 and store
[email protected](Fax#456) in One-Touch Dial key 02. You can then
press the One-Touch Dial Key for each number instead on entering each
individual number.
Relay Broadcast from a PC

You can also send E-mail from your PC and have it relayed to a conventional
FAX machine. The method of entering the phone number of the conventional
FAX machine that will receive the relayed E-mail will vary depending on the
mail application you are using. The following are some examples of different
mail applications:
Some E-mail applications do not support sending to multiple phone numbers. If
your E-mail application cannot support multiple phone numbers you will only be
able to relay to one Fax machine at a time.
Outlook Express / Internet Explorer 4 & 5/ Netscape Communicator 4.5/
Eudora Ver 4.x and Pegasus (for Europe):
Enter the address of the relay FAX/MFC and phone number of the FAX in the
“TO” box using the same method used when sending from an FAX/MFC.

For Outlook 97/98 & 2000 the address information must be entered into the
address book as follows:
