INSTALLATION

installing in the Firebox

ADDING THE HEAT EXCHANGER RETURN
1) Remove the glass front.
2) Remove the inner panels if they are already installed.
3) Remove one screw in the upper left and upper right of the fi rebox. If the
unit has been previously operated, spray these screws with WD-40. Once
the screws have been removed, lower the front edge of the exhaust baffl e
and pull towards you. There are 3 screws at the rear of the exhaust baffl e
that help to position the baffl e and keep it straight during operation.
4) Install the heat exchange return as shown.
5) Reinstall the exhaust baffl e.
HEAT EXCHANGE RETURN
NOTE: Only installed if chimney is at "maximum height" of 35 feet.
