3 Cleaning the tubing
￭ Clean the silicone tubing with acetone or 2-propanol or in the
dishwasher and rinse with distilled water.
Pre-clean with dishwashing detergent in the case of severe con-
tamination.
￭ Then heat the silicone tubing in the drying oven for 2 hours at
80 °C.
