After connecting to the AirStation, a slow baud rate of 2 Mbps or similar may be displayed.

When communications actually begin, the correct baud rate will be displayed.

Checking AirStation Connection

Use the client manager to check the connection between the AirStation and the wireless LAN personal com-
puter.

Connection to the AirStation is completed.

When connecting to AirStation is

completed, the application name in the
AirStation display will change from gray to
black, and an antenna mark ( ) will also
be displayed. If the AirStation application
is not displayed in black, refer to "Cannot
Connect to the AirStation Using Client
Manager (Unavailable Even When
Found)" (page 52)

From the wireless LAN personal computer, click the Start button, and select
Programs, MELCO Wireless LAN, and then select Client Manager.

Select File, Test Connection, and Diagnostic.

Perform the connection test only

for the AirStation applications with the
antenna mark ( ).

Check the connection status.

The connection test results will be displayed.
