Malfunction

Possible cause

The clock display contains the

error message E9", E10", or

E11".

The microwave has a

malfunction.

Press the Stop button. The fault

message goes out. Start

microwave operation again. If the

fault message appears again,

please call the afterĆsales service.

It is possible to operate the oven

without the microwave.

The clock display contains the

error message E16" or E17".

Technical fault.

Contact the afterĆsales service.

Microwave operation is

cancelled for no obvious reason.

The microwave has a fault.

If this fault occurs repeatedly,

please call the afterĆsales service.

It is possible to operate the oven

without the microwave.

Repairs may only be carried out by fully trained

afterĆsales service engineers. Incorrect repairs may

result in serious injury to the user.

The oven lightbulb can be replaced. HeatĆresistant

12ĂV 20ĂW halogen bulbs are available from the

afterĆsales service or in specialized stores.
When removing a new halogen bulb from the

packaging, always use a dry cloth. This will increase

the life of the bulb.

Switch off the fuse in the fuse box or unplug the

oven at the mains.

2.

Place a tea towel in the cold oven to prevent

damage.

3.

Remove the glass cover. To do this, open the

glass cover at the bottom with your hand.

If it proves difficult to remove the glass cover, try

using a spoon. (Fig. A)
