Turn the meat with tongs. If you pierce the meat with a

fork, it will lose its juices and dry out.
Red meat such as beef browns quicker than white

meat such as veal or pork. Do not worry about this.

Grilled white meat or fish is often only lightly browned

on the surface. Nevertheless it is done on the inside

and is juicy.
Note: The grill element automatically switches itself off

and back on again. This is normal. The number of

times this happens depends on the grill setting you

have selected.
