Inserting a New Step

A new step is created by selecting an existing step, then right clicking the step. When the sub-
menu appears, click Insert step or press the Insert key on the laptop keyboard. Refer to figure 4.5
on page 25. A new blank step is now inserted. Notice that all existing steps shift one column to the
right and that the new step has replaced the previously highlighted step (Step 2 was highlighted,
and now the new step is Step 2 and the previous Step 2 is now Step 3).

Deleting a Step

To delete a step, select the step to delete – the column will be highlighted in yellow. Right click the
step and select Delete step or press the delete key on the laptop keyboard. Be careful! There is no
undo!

Copy/Paste a Step

To copy a step, select it by clicking on it – the column will be highlighted in yellow. Right click
the step and select Copy step. Now select where the step needs to go, either in the current cycle
