Copying a Block of Text

Mark the text to be copied

Move the cursor to the location you want the text copied to

Copy
Delete
RETURN or ESC

(for Copy)
The text will appear in both the original and new location and
will no longer be highlighted,

Delete
RETURN or ESC

Auto insert a sheet of paper

Press
P
(for Print)
The screen will clear and display the message “PRINTING.”
When the printing is complete, the document will be displayed
and the block of text will no longer be highlighted.
