Setting the Tempo
Press the TEMPO A button to increase the
tempo, or the TEMPO T button to decrease
the tempo. The selected tempo will be dis­
played on the ACCOMPANIMENT STYLE/
BEAT/TEMPO/VALUE display (in quarter-note
beats per minute) while the TEMPO A or ▼
button is pressed, and for approximately
3 seconds after either TEMPO button is
released.
The available tempo range is from 40 to 280
beats per minute. Each accompaniment style
has a different "'normal" tempo which can be
recalled at any time by pressing both the
TEMPO A and ▼ buttons at the same time
{the tempo is automatically set to the normal
value for the DISCO 1 style-110-whenever
the power switch is turned ON).

Sie und durch die TEMPO-Taste ▼ vermindern
Sie das Tempo der Begleitung. Das gewählte
Tempo wird vom ACCOMPANIMENT
STYLE/BEAT/TEMPO/VALUE-Display in
Viertelnoten pro Minute angezeigt. Die Anzeige
erscheint während des Drückens einer der
TEMPO-Tasten und verbleibt ca. 3 Sekunden
nach Loslassen der Taste.
Der Einstellbereich liegt zwischen 40 und 280
Taktschlägen pro Minute. Jeder Begleitstil hat
sein eigenes voreingestelltes Normaltempo, das
beim Wählen eines Stils automatisch eingestellt
wird. Das Normaltempo eines gegenwärtigen
gespielten Begleitstils kann durch gleichzeitiges
Drücken der TEMPO-Tasten
A und T jederzeit
rückgerufen werden. Beim Einschalten des
PSR-4500 wird automatisch das Normaltempo
(110) für den vorgewählten Begleitstil DISCO 1
eingestellt.
Réglage du tempo
Appuyer sur la touche TEMPO A pour accélé­
rer le tempo et sur la touche TEMPO ▼ pour te
ralentir. Le tempo sélectionné est indiqué sur
l'affichage ACCOMPANIMENT STYLE/BEAT/
TEMPO/VALUE (en temps d'un quart de note
par minute) pendant que la touche TEMPO A
ou ▼ est maintenue enfoncée et pendant 3
secondes environ après qu'elle est relâchée.
La plage de réglage du tempo va de 40 à 280
temps par minute. Chaque style d'accompa­
gnement a son propre tempo "normal" qui
peut être rétabli à tout moment en appuyant
simultanément sur les touches TEMPO A et
▼ (à chaque mise sous tension le tempo est
automatiquement réglé à la valeur normale
(110) du style DISCO 1).

después de haber soltado cualquiera de los
botones TEMPO.
El margen de tempo disponible es de 40 a 280
tiempos por minuto. Cada estilo de acompaña­
miento tiene un tempo “normal” diferente que
se ajusta automáticamente cuando se presionan
simultáneamente los botones
A y T de TEMPO
(el tempo se ajusta automáticamente al valor
normal para el estilo DISCO 1—110, y siempre
que se conecta el interruptor de la alimentación).

• It is also possible to adjust the tempo after
starting playback of the accompaniment. This
allows you to set the optimum tempo by ear.
Starting the Accompaniment
Press the START button to start the selected
accompaniment immediately, or press the
SYNCHRO START button if you want the
accompaniment to start when you play the
first note on the keyboard. If you press the
SYNCHRO START button, the leftmost (red)
dot in the ACCOMPANIMENT STYLE/BEAT/
TEMPOA/ALUE display will flash at the
selected tempo.
• Sie können das Tempo auch nach dem Starten der
Begleitung verändern, wodurch Sie es optimal nach

Auslösen der Begleitung
Wenn Sie die gewählte Begleitung direkt starten
wollen, müssen Sie nur die START-Taste antip­
pen. Falls die Begleitung jedoch erst mit dem
Anschlägen der ersten Note einsetzen soll,
müssen Sie stattdessen SYNCHRO START
drücken. Wenn Sie die Taste SYNCHRO
START betätigen, blinkt der Punkt ganz links
im ACCOMPANIMENT STYLE/BEAT/
TEMPO/VALUE-Display im gewählten Tempo.

Début de l'accompagnement
Appuyer sur la touche START pour lancer
immédiatement l'accompagnement sélection­
né, ou appuyer sur la touche SYNCHRO
START pour que l'accompagnement com­
mence lorsque la première note est jouée sur le
clavier. Lorsque la touche SYNCHRO START a
été sollicitée, le point le plus à gauche (rouge)
de l'affichage ACCOMPANIMENT STYLE/
BEAT/TEMPO/VALUE se met à clignoter au
tempo sélectionné.

Inicio del acompañamiento
Presione el botón START para iniciar inmedia­
tamente el acompañamiento seleccionado, o
presione el botón SYNCHRO START si desea
que se inicie el acompañamiento cuando usted
toca la primera nota del teclado. Si presiona el
botón SYNCHRO START, el punto (rojo) de la
izquierda del visualizador ACCOMPANIMENT
STYLE/BEAT/TEMPO/VALUE parpadeará
en el tempo seleccionado.
