Paper Specifications
This printer is designed to work well with most types of paper. However, differences in paper may have significant
effects on the quality of the print or the reliability of paper handling. It is strongly recommended that you always test
paper before purchasing it to make sure it provides desirable performance. The following guidelines will be helpful.
I Paper Specifications
Basic Weight: Cutting Dimensions:
60 to 135g/m2 (16 to 36 lbs.) ±0.0313 inch of nominal, corners 90°±4‘
Thickness: Grain;
3.7 to 7.5 mils (1 mil=Viooo") Long grain
Moisture Content: Cut Edge Conditions:
4% to 6% Cut with sharp blades, no paper dust
Smoothness: Ash Content:
100 to 300 Sheffield Not to exceed 10%
Acid Content: Curl:
5.5 PH minimum No allowable curl toward the side to be printed
Fusing Compatibility: Packing:
Must not scorch, melt, offset material, or release Polylaminated moisture proof ream wrap
hazardous emissions when heated to 200*C (392°F) for
0.1 second
