Panasonic Warranty Policy
Your basic printer is covered by a limited 1 year parts and labor warranty. The Process Unit has a 90 day warranty
or its rated life. (See operator’s manual for rated life)
In addition, your printer is covered for the first 30 days under Panasonic's "Out of Box Failure” policy.
When you unpack your printer, you should find a process unit and power cord. If either/both of these parts are
missing or defective,

If you have followed the set up instructions in this Operating Instructions manual and the printer fails to turn
on or “CALL SERVICE Exx” appears on the computer screen, please call 1-800-222-0584. Identify yourself
as having an “Out of Box Failure”, so that the appropriate steps can be taken.
