Clearing a Document Jam
If a document becomes jammed in the machine, the display will show "DOCUMENT JAM" and information code 030 or 031.

To dear the jam, open the transmitting cover, and remove the jammed paper.

Close the transmitting cover gently until the cover locks into position (you will hear a "click" sound).
