SETTINGS & TOOLS
Banner
To set your Personal or ERI banner:
Personal Banner
The Personal Banner can be up to 16 characters and is displayed on
the idle screen.
1. From idle mode with the flip open, press the Center Select Key
[MENU], select Settings & Tools, then press the Center Select
Key [OK]. Press Display Settings,  Banner,  Personal
Banner.
2. Enter your banner text (up to 16 characters) then press the
Directional Key / down to advance to the Text Color field.
3. Press the Directional Key = left or right to choose the desired
color, then press the Center Select Key [SET].
ERI Banner
If you use ERI Service, ERI Text is shown on the sub banner.
1. From idle mode with the flip open, press the Center Select Key
[MENU], select Settings & Tools, then press the Center Select
Key [OK]. Press Display Settings,  Banner,  ERI
Banner.
2. Select On or Off, then press the Center Select Key [SET].
Backlight
Setting the Internal Display Backlight
To set the duration and brightness of backlight illumination for the
internal display:
1. From idle mode with the flip open, press the Center Select Key
[MENU], select Settings & Tools, then press the Center Select
Key [OK]. Press Display Settings,  Backlight,  Display,
 Internal.
