Apply a small amount of epoxy into the holes for the hinges in
both the wing and flap.
Geben Sie etwas Epoxy in die Scharnierlöcher in der Tragfläche
und Klappe.
Appliquer une petite quantité de colle époxy dans les trous
destinés aux charnières dans l’aile et le volet.
Applicare una piccola quantità di resina epossidica nei fori

Fit the flap to the wing and check the alignment. Use a paper
towel and isopropyl alcohol to remove any excess epoxy before
the epoxy fully cures. Use low-tack tape to hold the flap in
position until the epoxy fully cures.
Passen Sie die Klappe an der Tragfläche an und prüfen die
Ausrichtung. Wischen Sie überschüssigen Klebstoff mit einem
Papiertuch und Isopropyalkohol weg. Fixieren Sie die Klappe
mit Klebeband mit geringer Klebekraft.
Monter le volet sur l’aile et vérifier l’alignement. Utiliser une
serviette en papier et de l’alcool isopropylique pour retirer
tout excédent de colle époxy avant que celle-ci durcisse
complètement. Utiliser de l’adhésif de masquage pour
maintenir le volet en position jusqu’au durcissement complet
de la colle époxy.
Fissare il flap all’ala e verificare l’allineamento. Usare un
tovagliolo di carta e alcol isopropilico per rimuovere gli
eventuali eccessi di resina epossidica prima che essa si
secchi completamente. Usare nastro a bassa aderenza per
tenere in posizione il flap fino al completo essiccamento della
resina epossidica.
Î We have the aileron installed to aid in
aligning the trailing edge of the flap correctly.

Remove the inner flap from the flap mount. Note the position
of the hinges when they are removed as they are trimmed to fit
specifically for this installation.
Nehmen Sie innere Klappe vom Halter ab. Merken Sie sich die
Position der Scharniere, da diese extra angepaßt sind.
Retirer le volet intérieur du montage du volet. Noter la position
des charnières une fois retirées, dans la mesure où elles sont
coupées pour s’adapter spécifiquement à cette installation.
Rimuovere il flap interno dal supporto. Prendere nota della

Use epoxy to glue the hinges into position following the steps
previously outlined. Make sure the top of the flap aligns with
the top of the mount before the epoxy fully cures.

mit dem Halter auf einer Linie liegt.
