Remove the covering from the holes on the inner flap mount.
Apply thin CA to harden the surrounding wood so the screws
that secure the mount don’t damage the wood when they are
installed.
Entfernen Sie die Folie in dem inneren Klappenhalter. Härten
Sie die Löcher mit etwas Sekundenkleber, so dass das Holz bei
der Montage nicht beschädigt wird.
Retirer le revêtement des trous sur le support du volet
intérieur. Appliquer une fine couche de colle cyanoacrylate
pour durcir le bois environnant de sorte que les vis qui fixent
le support n’endommagent pas le bois.
Rimuovere il rivestimento dai fori sul supporto del flap interno.
Applicare uno strato sottile di colla CA per indurire il legno
circostante, in modo che le viti che bloccano il supporto non
danneggino in legno quando vengono installate.

Secure the servo cover to the wing using four M2 x 10 self-
tapping screws. Use a hobby knife to remove the covering from
the remaining three blind nuts so the inner flap mount can be
attached to the wing.
Sichern Sie die Servoabdeckung in der Tragfläche mit den 4
M2 x 10 selbstschneidenen Schrauben. Entfernen Sie mit dem
Hobbymesser die Folie von den verbleibenden Blindmuttern,
so dass der innere Klappenhalter an die Tragfläche montiert
werden kann.
Fixer la trappe du servo à l’aile à l’aide de quatre vis auto-
taraudeuses M2 x 10. Utiliser un cutter pour ôter le revêtement
des trois autres écrous borgnes de sorte que le support du
volet intérieur puisse être fixé à l’aile.
Fissare la copertura del servo all’ala usando quattro viti
autofilettanti M2 x 10.Usare un taglierino per rimuovere
il rivestimento dai tre dadi ciechi restanti, in modo che il
supporto del flap interno possa essere fissato all’ala.

Secure the inner flap mount to the wing.

Apply a thin bead of silicone adhesive to the wing in the area
highlighted. Close the flap and use low-tack tape to hold the
flap closed until the adhesive fully cures.
Geben Sie eine dünne Schicht Silikonkleber auf das im Bild
markierte Tragflächenstück. Schließen Sie die Klappe und
sichern die Verklebung mit Klebeband mit geringer Klebkraft
bis der Kleber vollständig ausgehärtet ist.
Appliquer un mince cordon de colle silicone sur l’aile dans la
zone en surbrillance. Fermer le volet et utiliser de l’adhésif
de masquage pour maintenir le volet fermé jusqu’à ce que
l’adhésif durcisse complètement.
Applicare un sottile strato di adesivo a base di silicone all’ala,
nell’area indicata. Chiudere il flap e usare nastro a bassa
aderenza per tenerlo chiuso fino al completo essiccamento
dell’adesivo.
