7.15.2 Turning the electronic programme guide on
> Press the EPG/SFI button on the digital receiver’s remote control.
The electronic programme guide will appear on the screen.
A given startup category shows the review of stations chosen by the user or set as default, as well as
the active programmes. The EPG/SFI function provides information about the content of individual
programmes. Additionally, the EPG/SFI functions of setting and selecting the recording time for a gi-
ven programme are also available.
7.15.3 Programme (table with active programme)
The fi rst table to be displayed is the EPG/SFI table “Now” with currently broadcast programmes.
The yellow bar on the right of the channel name shows time that has already passed since the begin-
ning of the programme. The currently set channel is highlighted.
7.15.4 Next
> Pressing the yellow function key when the EPG-SFI table “Programme” is active allows the user to
call up the “Next” table (next programmes).
7.15.5 More
> Pressing the yellow function key More when the EPG-SFI table “Next” is active allows the user to
call up the “More” EPG/SFI table.
The additional time window with hours for EPG/SF table will be displayed in the title bar.
> Pressing the yellow function key activates forwarding the programme by the time displayed in the
yellow box.
> Holding the yellow function key activates constant winding.
To facilitate orientation, the timer is displayed.
> Pressing the green function key activates moving to previous tables.
In the lower part of the screen, successive weekdays are displayed. When information is available for
given days, appropriate boxes are highlighted.
> To get information about the programme for a given day, press the button with the number that in-
dicates that day on the numeric keypad.
> Pressing Back allows the user to return to the “Next” table.
> Pressing TV/Radio returns the device to normal mode.
7.15.5.1 EPG/SFI Info function
The Info EPG/SFI function allows the user to display detailed information about the selected program-
me. Available detailed information is indicated next to the given channel.
7.15.5.2 Programming EPG/SFI timer
The electronic EPG/SFI programmes guide allows the user to easily programme the timer for any event.
7.15.5.2.1 Timer of channel switch, recording and on/off function.
> Press Options to programme the timer of channel switch for a selected programme.
> Pressing Options again switches the timer to on/off mode.
> Pressing Options again switches the timer to recording mode.
