8.3.2.3 Pause/Still
> In order to pause the recording process (motionless image) during playback,
> you have to press the Pause/Play or Still button.
> The playback will continue from the same point after pressing the button again.
8.3.2.4 Fast rewind and fast forward
For the purposes of rewinding/fast forwarding the fi lm to the specifi ed point, the DVR is equipped with
the functions of fast rewind and fast forward.
> Press the Fast forward button or Fast rewind button during playback.
The “Fast forward
” or “Fast rewind
” message is now displayed.
The recording is played back at 4 times the speed, according to the chosen direction.
> After pressing the Fast forward or Fast rewind button again,
the speed will be increased. The “Fast forward
” or “Fast rewind
” message is displayed.
> After pressing the Fast forward or Fast rewind button several times,
the speed will be increased. The “Fast forward
” or “Fast rewind
” message is displayed.
> After pressing the Fast forward or Fast rewind button again, you are able to skip 10 minutes bac-
kwards or forwards.
> After fi nding the point you were searching for, you are able to switch to the normal playback mode
by pressing the Pause/Play button.
8.3.2.5 Jog shuttle function
In order to quickly and precisely fi nd and set the given point of the recording, the receiver is additio-
nally equipped with the so-called jog shuttle function – it is used for frame by frame playback. It can
be operated as follows:
> Press the Jog shuttle on/off (Still) button during playing in order to switch into the jog shuttle mode.
Playing will be paused (Still).

8.3.2.5.1 Fast rewind and fast forward
> After pressing the left/right arrows several times the speed and direction are changed.
Particular playback modes are displayed accordingly to the following table.

nutes backwards/forwards.
8.3.2.5.2 Slow pace
> After pressing the right arrow several times, you are able to play the recording in slow motion. The
symbol appears.
8.3.2.5.3 Jog shuttle switching
> After pressing the up or down arrow, the consecutive single frame is displayed (from the backwards/
forwards direction).
8.3.2.5.4 Saving images
> After pressing the Record button, the single image is saved on the carrier.
