7. Install pins, as shown.
8. Slide a rod through cylinder and install pilot head, as
shown.
9. Fasten chain and lift rod pusher in level position. Lower
unit into trench.
10. Backfill and compact soil around trench box. Top 2’
(600 mm) of soil must be well compacted.
