As done in Step 4 - add 3-4 drop of oil to each of the threads of the struts.
If your SXR requires another layer to be added repeat Steps 5 to 9. Note when
building the additional layers you should torque the struts in a sequence going to
one half turn (past snug) on each strut and then through the sequence again to
obtain the full rotation (past snug).
Step 10.
After placing the Polymer Ring over each of the threaded struts. Screw
a Locking Nut onto each of the struts making sure that the end of the Locking Nut
having the smaller diameter is placed on first as shown In Photo 12.
Step 11.
When the Locking Nut meets the polymer ring and begins to become
hard to tighten refer to Step 6 to use the MagiGrip to tighten the Locking Nut as
shown in Photo 13. As with the struts the Locking Nut will require about 1 full
turn after the Locking Nut is hand tight to achieve desired torque.
