To Start the Mix Timer: The display now reads HOURS, MINUTES,
There are two ways to start the Mix Timer. colons that flash every second.
Step 1) Press the [TIMER] key to see the time
currently set. The [NET/GROSS] and [TARE]
keys can then be used to change the displayed
value.
The [NET/GROSS] key increments the
"flashing" digit and the [TARE] key selects
which digit of the display is flashing.

the number displayed is acceptable, press the
[TIMER] key to set the time and start the Mix
Timer.
