CV 194 Bell-Off Set Point
Bits 0-6: D0:D6, Bell-Off Set Point
This CV contains a value between 0 and 127 that
specifies throttle speed step where the automatic bell will
turn off.
Note: If CV 194 is set to a value equal or lower than CV 193, the automatic
bell will not turn on.
Default Value: 19
