Event Probability Generator
Description
These CVs set the occurrence probability for the Fireman Fred Events
random automatic sound features.
The CV contains a value between 0 and 255 that specifies the probability that
the selected sound effect will occur the next time the locomotive is stopped.
A setting of 0 disables the effect since it has a 0% chance of occurring. A
setting of 255 forces the effect to occur with every stop.
Bits 0-7: D0:D7, Event Probability
0 = Minimum Probability (0%)
255 = Maximum Probability (100%)
