Save the terms.html file to the \client\web\apps\imc directory (/client/web/apps/imc on Linux)
in the IMC installation path.
Re-login to IMC. A User agreement link appears under the username and password area. Operators can
click the link to view terms of the user agreement. The Login button is grayed out unless I accept the terms
in the user agreement is selected.
