Network connectivity - all archive types
Using Ethernet IP addresses, from each machine in the following list ping all the other
machines in the list:
• NewsBrowse server
• Archive MDI host
• Profile MDI host (MDI server)
• Archive machine
• All Profile systems from/to which media is archived/restored
Using Fibre Channel IP addresses, from each machine in the following list ping all the
other machines in the list:
• Archive server
• All Profile systems from/to which media is archived/restored
