COMMON PROBLEMS BY
USING THE MACHINE
WHICH CAN BE EASILY
SOLVED
1. WITH THE PUMP ON
WATER DOESN’T COME
OUT FROM THE CABLE
TRAY ABOVE THE ROLL
a. check that the detergent tank
contains clean water without foam
(page 8)
b. check that both filters under the
tank are clean otherwise the water
doesn’t flow from the tank to the
pump (page 12)
c. with the machine in vertical
position switch on the main and
the pump switches. This way the
pump has to vibrate and after a few
sec. water will come out (page 8)
2. THE PUMP DOESN’T
SWITCH ON
a. if the pump works a few
minutes without water, it gets
overheated and the thermal
protection switches it off in order
to avoid damage. Wait 30 – 40
minutes until the pump cools
down. Fill the tank and switch on
the pump again.
b. the pressostat has interrupted the
working of the pump. Check that
all the water flowing tubes are
free and not squeezed.
3. THE MACHINE DOESN’T
SUCK
a. when the dirty water tank is full,
the float blocks the suction in
order to prevent that water gets
into the motor. In this condition
the suction motor becomes much
more noisy. Switch off the
machine, empty the dirty water
tank, remount the tank filled with
water and detergent. Switch on the
machine again (page 12)
b. in case of impact during
working, the float might close the
suction. Switch off the machine
and wait until the float goes in
open position. Switch on the
machine again.

L’USO DELLA MACCHINA
1. CON LA POMPA ACCESA
NON ESCE ACQUA DALLE
CANALINE SOPRA IL RULLO.
a. controllare che nel serbatoio
detergente ci sia acqua pulita senza
schiuma ((pag. 8)
b. controllare che entrambi i filtri sotto
il serbatoio siano puliti altrimenti non
passa acqua dal serbatoio alla pompa
(pag. 12)
c. con la macchina in pos. Verticale,
accendere l’interruttore generale e
l’interruttore pompa. In questo modo
la pompa deve vibrare e dopo qualche
sec. uscirà acqua (pag.8)
2. LA POMPA NON SI ACCENDE
a. se la pompa lavora per qualche min.
senza acqua, si surriscalda e quindi
interviene il termico
e la spegne per
evitare danni. Attendere 30 – 40 min.
affinchè la pompa si raffreddi.
Riempire il serbatoio e riaccendere la
pompa
b. il pressostato ha interrotto il
funzionamento della pompa.
Controllare che tutti i tubetti di
passaggio acqua sia in aspirazione che
in uscita siano liberi e non schiacciati.
3. LA MACCHINA NON ASPIRA
a. quando il serbatoio di recupero è
pieno, il galleggiante blocca
l’aspirazione per evitare che l’acqua
entri nel motore. In questa condizione,
il motore aspirante diventa molto più
rumoroso. Spegnere la macchina,
svuotare il serbatoio di recupero,
rimontare il serbatoio riempito di
acqua e detergente. Riaccendere la
macchina (pag. 12)
b. in caso di urti durante il lavoro, il
galleggiante può chiudere
l’aspirazione. Spegnere la macchina
ed attendere che il galleggiante si porti
in pos. Aperta. Riaccendere la
macchina

a. kontrollieren dass im Waschmittel-
Tank sauberes Wasser ohne Schaum
vorhanden ist (Seite 8)
b. kontrolliren dass beide Filter
unterhalb des Tanks sauber sind, sonst
fliesst kein Wasser vom Tank zur
Pumpe (Seite 12)
c. mit der Maschine in senkrechter
Position den Hauptschalter und den
Pumpenschalter einschalten. Auf diese
Weise muss die Pumpe vibrieren und
nach einigen Sec. wird Wasser
herauskommen (Seite 8)
2. DIE PUMPE SCHALTET SICH
NICHT EIN
a. falls die Pumpe einige Minuten ohne
Wasser arbeitet wird sie überhitzt und
daher greift der thermische Schutz ein
und schaltet sie aus, um Schäden zu
verhindern. 30 – 40 Minuten warten bis
die Pumpe erkältet ist. Den Tank
auffüllen und die Pumpe wieder
einschalten.
b. der Druckwächter hat die
Arbeitsweise der Pumpe unterbrochen.
Kontrollieren dass alle Wasserröhrchen
frei und nicht zerquetscht sind.
3. DIE MASCHINE SAUGT NICHT
a. wenn der Schmutzwassertank voll ist
blockiert der Schwimmer die Saugung
um zu verhindern, dass Wasser in den
Motor eindringt. In dieser Situation
wird der Saugmotor lärmiger. Die
Maschine ausschalten, den
Schmutzwassertank ausleeren, den
Tank mit Wasser und Waschmittel
wieder aufmontieren. Die Maschine
wieder einschalten. (Seite 12)
b. im Falle von Aufprallungen
während des Arbeitsgangs, kann der
Schwimmer die Saugung verschliessen.
Die Maschine ausschalten und warten
bis der Schwimmer in offener Position
ist. Die Maschine wieder einschalten.
PROBLEMES COMMUNS ET

1. AVEC LA POMPE ALLUMEE
L’EAU NE SORT PAS DES
CANAUX.
a. Controler que dans le réservoir il y
a de l’eau propre sans mousse (p..8)
b. controler que les deux filtres sous
le réservoir soient propre autrement
l’eau ne passera pas du réservoir à la
pompe (p.12)
c. avec la machine en position
verticale, allumer l’interrupteur
général et l’interrupteur de la pompe.
De cette façon la pompe doit vibrer
et ensuite, après quelques sec. l’eau
sortira. (p.8)
2. LA POMPE NE S’ALLUME
PAS
a.si la pompe travaille pensant
quelques minutes sans eau, elle se
surchauffera et ainsi interviendra le
protecteur termique qui l’éteindra
pour eviter des dégats. Attendre 30-
40 min. afin que la pompe
refroidisse.
Remplir le réservoir et rallumer la
pompe.
b.le pressostat a interrompu le
fonctionnement de la pompe
Controller que les tubes de passage
de l’eau, soit en aspiration qu’en
sortie, soient libre et pas écrasés.
3. LA MACHINE N’ASPIRE PAS
a.quant le réservoir de récuperation
est plain, le flotteur bloque
l’aspiration pour éviter que l’eau
entre dans le moteur. Dans cette
condition, le moteur aspirant deveint
beaucoup plus bruyant. Eteindrela
machine, vider le réservoir de
récupération, remonter le réservoir
rempli d’eau et de détergeant.
Rallumer la machine. (p.12).
b. en cas de choc pendant l’usage, le
flotteur pourrait fermer l’aspiration.
Eteindre la machine et attendre que
le flotteur se mette en pos.Ouvert.
Rallumer la machine.
PROBLEMAS COMUNES Y
FACIL DE SOLUCIONAR
DURANTE EL USO DE LA
MAQUINA
1. CON LA BOMBA ENCENDIDA
NO SALE AGUA DESDE LOS
CANALES SOBRE EL RODILLO
a. controlar que en el depósito de
detergente haya agua limpia sin
espuma (pág.8)
b. controlar que ambos filtros debajo
del deposito sean limpios si no no va a
pasar el agua desde el deposito hasta la
bomba. (p.12)
c. con la maquina en pos. vertical,
encender el interruptor general y el
interruptor bomba. De esta manera, la
bomba tiene que vibrar y después de
unos sec. el agua irà a salir. (pág.8).
2. LA BOMBA NO SE ENCIENDE
a. si la bomba trabaja durante unos
min. sin agua, se irá a sobrecalentar y
el protector térmico irá a apagar la
maquina para evitar daños. Esperar 30-
40 min. hasta que la bomba se resfríe.
Llenar el deposito y encender otra vez
la bomba.
b. El presostato ha interrumpido el
funcionamiento de la bomba.
Controle que todos los tubos de pasaje
del agua tanto en aspiración como en
salida sian libres y no aplastados.
3. LA MAQUINA NO ASPIRA
a. cuando el deposito de recuperación
está lleno, el flotador bloquea la
aspiración para evitar que el agua entre
en el motor. En esta condición, el
motor de aspiración se pone mucho
más ruidoso. Apagar la maquina, vaciar
el deposito de recuperación, montar
otra vez el deposito lleno de agua y
detergente. Encender la maquina.

b. En caso de choques durante el
trabajo, el flotador podría cerrar la
aspiración. Apagar la maquina y
esperar que el flotador se ponga en pos.
Abierta. Encender otra vez la máquina.
